NEW YORK (Reuters) - Bank of America Corp (BAC.N), the second-largest U.S. bank, is in advanced talks to buy Countrywide Financial Corp (CFC.N), the largest U.S. mortgage lender, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.
